APPLE – Zitromac chooses the best Granny Smith apples for dehydrating. We chose this variety because we were looking for color, flavor and acidity. Thanks to our slow dehydration process we are able to enhance and concentrate its aroma, color and flavor without the fruit losing its properties. Only fruit, no additives, no sugar, no sweeteners.

PRESENTATION – The type of cut of the apple is in slice format and always maintaining the same thickness. In this way we achieve that all slices are similar to provide the same number of services with each format.
